Spring Summer 25, a collection inspired by research and expressive freedom
Poetry and craftsmanship blend in the Spring-Summer 2025 collection, telling a story in which Society Limonta’s essential traits are the protagonists: endless research on materials and techniques, a creative approach that revisits traditional manufacturing processes in a contemporary way, and innovation which enhances the texture of textiles and their ability to play with light and hues.
Colours are the main elements of the collection: delicate nuances such as Pera and Aurora meet with Bruno, a deep brown, while the sophisticated tones Miele, Malto and Ruggine bring chromatic balance. Lively accents of Alloro, Anice, Verbena and Albicocca add a summer touch and coexist with more traditional pairings, defying any rigid chromatic hierarchy.
The bedroom is decorated with refined craftsmanship and innovative techniques. On CUPÉ, a double-layered cotton sheet, a naive flower with frayed edges made using the fil coupé technique blooms; the bed cover in pure cotton IAGI is garment dyed, for a final pleated look on the surface. Society Limonta’s research of new processes applies to the throws, too: BOY reinterprets the classic tweed fabric in a contemporary key featuring a chequered pattern made of yarns in different thicknesses and composition; BHAS has a motif of embossed, light and textured waves obtained with a leno weave.
Traditional techniques are revisited also on the decorative cushions BUTÌ FLOR and BUTÌ GEO. Both made on a jacquard loom, they are inspired by the Provençal embroidery technique called boutis: the first features a rich embossed floral design, while the second is decorated with an essential, rigorous geometric pattern.
OVER tablecloth in cotton and hemp uses the overlock finishing as a colourful embroidery which creates contrasting stripes along the tablecloth, resulting in an interesting, embossed and geometric texture.
A selection of accessories completes the collection: DEN apron, made of a cotton and hemp blend, is inspired by the Japanese tradition, with straps that cross on the back, for a functional, informal look. Nylon is used for VRIZ bags and washbags; with their bicoloured look, the washbags are versatile and perfect for every occasion. Lastly, NATI beach towel in pure linen features spontaneous graphic signs. Resembling a painting, it is expression of a casual, relaxed mood.
